Product Overview
Helmitherm 480 is a versatile, high-performance, medium-setting EVA edgebanding hot melt adhesive with reduced filler content. Designed to melt quickly and run at all speeds, the 480 delivers excellent adhesion to a wide range of common edgebanding materials. Its extended open time makes it equally effective on small manual edgebanders and large automated production lines.
Lower working temperatures extend glue pot life while reducing smoke generation and charring for a cleaner production environment. The reduced filler content improves mileage per kilogram and is less abrasive on machinery components. White color for clean, invisible glue lines on light-toned substrates. Also available as Helmitherm 482 in Natural color.
