Product Overview
Helmitherm 430 is an economical, high-performance, fast-setting EVA edgebanding hot melt adhesive engineered to run at high line speeds while resisting discoloration in the glue pot. Its clean-running formulation reduces machine downtime and delivers reliable adhesion to a wide range of common edgebanding materials used in cabinet, millwork, and furniture manufacturing.
Ideal for high-speed automated edgebanders in cabinetry, millwork, office furniture, and store fixture production. Lower application temperatures reduce smoke generation and charring for a cleaner shop environment. Meets LEED IEQ 4.1 and SCAQMD Rule #1168 requirements for low-emitting materials.
